These bacon cheese crackers are an easy Christmas Appetizer. You can make these ahead and reheat them for about 15 minutes before serving. All you’re doing is putting a little bit of cheese on a Club cracker (or your favorite cracker) and wrapping it with half a slice of bacon and baking in a 250º oven for ABOUT 2 HOURS. Keep an eye on them. You can adjust as needed, but definitely do not go over 2 hours.
