This is an old-fashioned slow cooker recipe for delicious apple butter – a cozy taste of autumn! This recipe makes seven half-pint (8 oz.) jelly jars of apple butter.

Apple Butter Recipe INGREDIENTS
- 6 lbs of apples, cored and sliced (I used Fuji. The smaller the pieces you start with, the quicker they will cook!)
- 2 cups white sugar (You can use all white sugar if you prefer, but I don’t think I would use all brown sugar.)
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- ~ 1/8 tsp. allspice
